Refurbished in May 2022, a cosy area to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. We offer free Wifi and Freeview on a smart TV for you to login to Netflix or Amazon Prime, or even better ditch the tech and play boardgames or just chill out listening to music on the Bluetooth speaker provided.

A great spot for taking in the comings and goings at Sewerby Hall with a view directly onto the entrance. A bright and airy space to read your favourite book while enjoying a hearty breakfast or morning coffee

Recently refurbished modern bathroom with spacious walk in shower - just what you need for freshening up after Parkrun or a long walk eady for a meal out at one of the local pubs or restaurants, or a gentle stroll into Bridlington town centre

Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Side door offers access to private fully enclosed rear garden and a hosepipe that's great to clean down sandy paws or feet!

New for 2024, we've added a driveway to Park View giving you a guaranteed place to park throughout your stay. There is also a fully enclosed and private back garden with new outdoor furniture for this year. The garden is south facing so perfect for the afternoon and evening summer sun and also a great place for dogs to dry off after a walk on the beach.
